I've used sears twice. Both times I got Augustine. Both experiences were great. It took just a few minutes to diagnose the problem followed by a quick repair. He had all parts on his truck. Could not have been better

Wayne replaced the compressor in our refrigerator and was kind enough to also adjust the pneumatic cylinder on our screen door (after it slammed on him..) Nice to see a service tech who really cares about his job and being a professional.
