I have no complaints regarding your Service Technician! I was very upset however, with your MULTIPLE Cancellation of my repair appointments, AFTER receiving Service Date Confirmation on the very SAME day technician was scheduled!! On Several occasions, I was also informed that "Due to Unforeseen circumstance", appointments were cancelled after waiting practically ALL day for technician to arrive!
