Brian was great!! But I am very disappointed in the Sears customer service. So sad what has become of this once awesome company that I have trusted since childhood. Trying to reach a human is impossible. I ordered a part from Sears - received a message that if I need help with the part call for a technician. Only to be told by said technician that he could not work with the part since he did not order it for me. Seriously!?! What kind of racket is Sears running?
