Great work!
Michael came to fix our ice maker and was able to accomplish that in a timely manner while here. We're satisfied with his work and we now have ice! He was courteous, professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Nolan called to inform me that he would be arriving within half an hour. He remembered having been the original repairman who diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator's water dispenser and ice-maker. The necessary parts had finally been delivered within the past week. When Nolan arrived as promised, he checked to be sure that I had exactly the parts that were needed for the repair. He quickly removed the necessary screws and placed them on the adjacent counter top in the order that they were removed, and then he removed the housing of the water filter before removing the actual water filter holder. He noticed that the housing had a spot of mold forming on the interior and handed the housing to me so that I could clean it while he installed the other item. In less than 25 minutes from the time he arrived, Nolan had completed the repair and checked to make sure that the water was flowing out of the dispenser. How reassuring to hear the ice fall into the freezer bin and to have cool water available directly from the spout in the freezer door.
