Your system canceled my appointment six times saying the part hadn't arrived when it came in 4 days from when Tim initially ordered it. I finally got to the right Department to get them to notify the dispatch people that I had my part and was thrilled to find out that Tim was coming back. He is a fabulous repairman and I wish I could request him anytime I needed appliance repair.
