He was polite, & seemed to have did a thorough job in finding out what the true problem was with my refrigerator. I'm just waiting for the ice maker to make ice. Extremely likable person that knows his job. Sear AI scheduling system is absolutely horrible. I waited from 8:30 a.m to 7:00pm the for 4/1/2026. It's an all day process. You can not do any on the days a technician comes. Needs attention!!

The serviceman was early and he did an excellent job. It didn't take long and I was able to use my dryer that day. He was very respectful and courteous. My dryer is working better as if it was new. Thank you Sears for having knowledgeable service me .
