Sears is very very hard to get ahold of and the problems do not stop there. I put in my request for a repair on my Whirlpool Microwave on Jan. 27, 2025. Sears has tried to fix the microwave and it still does not work. Now I am having another issue in trying for Sears to get something done on this issue. What I do not understand is why am I waiting so long for you to issue a voucher for a replacement of my Microwave! Beyond Frustrated
