My technician was perfect and lovely and solved the problem within minutes. My problem is with HQ. I had an appointment Saturday- NO CALL NO SHOW. Could not get ahold of anyone, nor were there any options on the automated systems for what happens when your tech. no call/no shows. Whether you'll be rescheduled automatically or to when. Made a separate appointment for Monday, they called to reschedule! We should have been TOP priority Monday! I was feeding a family of 6 out of coolers for 4 days because of bad management at dispatch. considering moving my appliance warrantee to someone else!

Tyrese was very nice and fixed my dryer. But, I have a problem with the place you make an appointment. Not very professional and treating customers wrong. Appointments being made and never kept or passed on to the repair person. Can NEVER speak to a real person. No wonder Sears is dying.
