Sears Home Services needs to do better with their appointments scheduling, and deliver prompt service when service is needed. Scheduler made me wait 2 weeks for my first appointment to diagnose my dryer problem. Then made me wait 2 additional weeks from the first appointment to schedule the final repair appointment when I called to inform that the ordered parts had been delivered and in my possession. The recall appointment should have been prioritized to finish the repair job. 1 month to effect repairs from start to finish is too slow, especially when the part(s) are ordered and delivered within 2 days. Also very frustrating to have to deal with a scheduling call center that is in a foreign country.

Suburb service and finished the job quickly . I'd highly recommend Trevor ! He's knows appliances . I was leery of automated service but it all went smoothly . He called 30 min before he arrived and that was helpful .

He was prompt , diagnosed and replaced the faulty heating unit quickly. He warned us that the idler pulley may go bad soon and it has made noise ever since his visit. I was happy with his service and would like to have him return to fix this new problem
