Dejuan is very polite and unassuming. Not cocky like some service people. I was completely comfortable having him in my home. He explained the issue and the cost to repair. Because of the cost, I decided it was time to buy a new dishwasher. Almost made me sad that Dejuan wouldn't be making another service call anytime soon!
