Great service by tech
Technician was very knowledgeable. Made every attempt to get the job done. However the company's system is awful. Received email saying that parts were out of stock and rescheduled for a week later. Received call from tech asking if we had cancelled appointment and I said no. He said he had the parts needed and could still come out as previously scheduled. Tech was great.
