Brian showed up on time and was immediately pleasant and respectful. Did the repair in an expedient manner. When he was through we had some small talk and laughs then he was on to his next appointment. All of the repair techs who y'all sent to my home except the deliverer of my washing machine earlier were just plain in their mannerism and I think they dropped it as rhey were carrying it in amend not using the two wheeler to transport the washer. I think they dropped it in my exercise room on way to the basement as a door on a TV shelf bottom right door was open slightly and ajar. I keep my pets food in the large bag it comes in and when I went for a refill in a small container and couldn't open the door. I live by myself except for the two fur butts there has been no one else here except your repair techs and delivery personnel. Please contact me on this issue as the washer is not performing well, makes banging noise when in wash cycle sporadically. Not happy.
