While Ricardo and the other 2 techs that visited me for this work order were all good. I have to say I am totally unimpressed with your scheduling application. I was left with late night cancelled appt in 3 different t occasions with not even a courtesy call that the appts were cancelled 😡

Every time he came out he was friendly and had a smile on his face. He was patient with my husband, who always has a lot of questions and good to my dogs. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He was quick and knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.
