Great service from Sears. The tech, Victor, was very nice, knowledgeable, and here early within the time frame I was given. Even though the issue could not be fixed, I would still call Sears for service and would definitely ask for Victor. My issue was with my Whirlpool dryer. Ordered the part through Victor, which arrived early. Fix date arrived, part was here, but motor had seized up. Having to replace the dryer. Not Victor's fault. They simply don't make things like they use to!
