Outstanding Customer Service
Ben is a pleasure to work with. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. As a senior female head of the household, it is wonderful to be treated so respectfully. He also advised me about the home warranty that Sears offers. It is a bargain! Considering the high cost of repairs for everything, I know this will save me money - not to mention ensuring my peace of mind. Delighted with Ben's work and his outstanding customer service.
