Technician was great -- on time, courteous. He brought the necessary, correct parts with him, and thoroughly diagnosed and fixed each issue. This review is being made 3.5 hours after technician departed. Waiting to see if everything continues to work properly, but it appears that the repair was successful. Highly recommend this technician. If anything else needs attention, hope Sears sends Samuel again.

Called and let me know about approximately time of arrival. Looked over the laundry room and had me sign the paperwork. Then he started working on the washing machine. It only took him 40 minutes and he had everything installed and tested the washing machine. After completion he let me know that everything was done. The technician did an outstanding job.
