The tech was on time as scheduled and communicated effectively. He did what he said he was going to do in the time frame he said he would. That being said. Your auto system gave me an appointment for the prior day and didn't tell me until mid day it needed to be rescheduled. To make matters worse you wouldn't let me talk to a human to rectify it. Ai is a useful tool. Its lazy and non customer friendly to have no human possible to contact. Absolutely awful customer experience from that perspective and a disgrace to the Sears legacy which was built on customer satisfaction

Just had a pump replacement on this dishwasher about two weeks ago and heated dry quit functioning. Michael was very nice. He performed a reset on the appliance and it started working. Very experienced and knowledgeable technician. Wish we didn't have to call them out so much but every technician has been exemplary.

I'm glad Artez came out and did the repair. This is the 4th time we have had a tech come out for the same issue. The challenge is really around Sears scheduling process and lack of customer support. They have postponed the tech on multiple occasions saying the part has not arrived when it was already at my house. When you try to communicate with them, there is no one to talk to and you continue to get stuck in the AI bot loop. I'm likely done buying anything of value from Sears.
