Ray was wonderful. The company was awful to work with. All AI, you can't talk to anyone. Cancelled our appt after we waited all day. Terrible communication.

The tech arrived early, however, he informed me that he was not able to service a whirlpool that is under warranty. I made it very clear when I called in for the request that it was under warranty, and I am very disappointed the person I talked to on the phone did not share this information or it was simply not passed on to the technician. Either way, it was a waste of his time and mine.

He very helpful and very nice. Knows what he is doing and explains why you are having problems. I will not let any of the other service people touch my washing machine. Good to have someone knows what he is doing. Thank you, Timothy.
