Lori has serviced our appliances on many occasions. She always provides the best service. Unfortunately, the scheduling process is inadequate. Our appointment was cancelled 3 times without notifying us. Finally, after making a fuss about the scheduling, a 4th appointment was scheduled. Lori came to service our dryer and did a great job. After this fiasco, we are reviewing our current contract with Sears.
