After Sears parts department shipped a motherboard with broken components (box was resealed and most likely a return) with zero bubble wrap it in, Angel was able to take the plastic motherboard housing apart and swap the internal board level component into my existing plastic housing. I can't fathom how a parts department would have shipped a returned package in the fashion they did. Angel however did great with coming up with a solution and his 25 years of experience shows.
