Michael did such a wonderful job and is a fantastic person. He diagnosed the problems with the washer and dishwasher within minutes and ordered the parts, having them sent here, which I thought was pretty smart. The parts were delivered within days and Michael was equally efficient in removing and installing the parts. Michael cleaned up after himself and there was nothing for me to do except to run the dishwasher and washer. I hope it is a while before I need any repairs, but when the time arrives I hope it's Michael who comes to help!
