Scheduled same day appt. for dryer that was broken. Tech had the belt on his truck. When he completed the job I asked the tech about a wobble issue on my washer if it was just the feet. He said he would need another work order to evaluate. I asked if he could do so. He was able to have a work order made. The dryer diag was $120 but we did the repair. The issue with the washer was more extensive than just the feet. Gear box, suspension and something else. For a total of $816 parts and labor. Probably cheaper to buy a new machine. Anyways diag for the 2nd machine was only $90.

Bryan arrived within time frame and called 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. He was very helpful to describe what had happened to my dishwasher and what he did to fix. He had the work finished in a timely manner.
