Hector did an above Excellent Job, not only did he fix my plugged up coils, but notice I needed a cleaning as everything was full of dirt plugging up the Refrigerator. I commend Hector on his performance.

Had to wait over a month to find out that the washing machine could not be repaired with three rescheduled appointments that included three 8-5 days in a row of waiting for the technician to come but he never came. This ultimately caused me to lose my job. Finally I had the fourth appointment that was keep and both of the technicians were outstanding that showed up.

Ronnie came promptly, and delivered the sad news about our 23- year-old washing machine (cost as much as a new washer to repair) in a non-jusgemental way that allowed us to make our own decisions, which I appreciated very much. Happy with the service, although not with the demise of our Old Faithful Whirlpool.

Alex did a great job. My washing machine has been a problem since I moved to Maine in November. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and then come back and replace everything.
