Setting up the repair appointment was frustrating because there is no opportunity to speak with a human being. Which I hate dealing strictly with AI. The service person was okay. But the cost to repair was more than the cost of a new machine. Just to replace two plug-in parts. The service person offered no suggestions to save on the repairs.
