Gabriel was top notch, courteous and professional. He called within the arrival window given to advise us he was on his way. Gabriel performed extensive diagnosis of our 32 year old Whirlpool washer with video conference call assistance, and determined the problem- the transmission was out. Gabriel checked with Our Home Warranty company (not Sears), who selected to replace our washer. Kudos to Gabriel
