Absolutely perfect technician
The previous technician we had last week Manuel was terrible as he didn't know what he was doing when trying to diagnose our dryer issue. I had to give him the owner manual for the dryer so he could figure out to get the error codes to show up. Today's technician Victor was amazing and found what Manuel had left all disconnected. He was able to improvise with a dryer fuse he had on his truck as he didn't have the part that was ordered for our dryer after a week since the part was ordered. We are happy to have our dryer back in working order. Thank you Victor!

Robert was great! He got our refrig cooling again in about 30 minutes. We found the hourly rate high, especially for a 45 minute to 1 hour call. But we had no choice with it being a Friday. Grateful to have not lost much of our cold and frozen food.
