Angel was extremely pleasant when he came to our home. First and foremost, he came prepared with booties and put them over his work shoes so as not to damage the wood floors. Additionally, he was very respectful, polite and professional. He introduced himself, explained what he had to do and walked me through everything he did. He also clearly detailed next steps.
