Our assigned Technician arrived within the allotted time slot between 8 - 12. Once on site, a detailed explanation was provided. During the diagnostic test the problem was discovered. Delacey worked diligently to address the issue. He explained was discovered and completed his work in a professional manner. I would request him again should the need asrise.

The service was quick and smooth. The technician was excellent. If Sears would dump their artificial "intelligence" front end, it would be the perfect experience. Unfortunately, the unhelpful AI you have to wade through is terrible. All human interactions with Sears have been stellar though.
