Robenson was very efficient. He explained in detail the issue I was having with my freezer and fixed it. He even cleaned out a tray that some ice cream had spilled. Great service I highly recommend him.

The process of making the appt was not user friendly. I wanted both washer abd dryer to be repaired however it only gave me a dropdown for 1 appliance so i made note that i also needed to have dryer looked at. Now i have to pay for 2 appt fees. Not happy but luckily Mark was assigned to both appointments. He provided great service!

I have been waiting for repair to my ice maker since early June. Several repair guys showed up but no one repaired the problem. Junny was here today and quickly went to work fixing the problem within a half hour. He's friendly, courteous and has great knowledge of the job. I highly recommend Junny for refrigerator repairs.
