Jestavian was on time, respectful, and knew what he was doing. He apologized profusely for the 11 weeks of repeated (8) cancellations of service on the part of Sears to finally get a tech to my house to do a 10 minute repair on my oven. My five star rating is specifically for the tech as far as Sears service goes. I wouldn't even give it one star. They truly no longer care about their customers.. Thank goodness for kind hearted techs.

Happy and satisfied with the service that Michael provided. But very upset and disappointed with the service from the company itself. It took me 3 days to get a technician to repair my refrigerator, after having to wait through 3 appointments. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND ALSO BEING A MEMBER WITH THE PROTECTION PLAN. .
