Although in the past, Sears Home Services has kept me updated from the time of the repair appointment until the tecnician arrived, this time I was not even notified that my appointment was rescheduled. I waited the entire day and when I called at the end of the day to let CS know the technician did not arrive, I was told my appointment had been rescheduled for later in the week. BUT when the technician finally arrived, he was great and already had the parts with him and completed the repair quickly.
