My experience with Kevin was fantastic and I want it to be known that he in no way, reflects the rest of this review. I scheduled this service over 3 weeks ago and it was delayed because we had to wait for the part to be delivered. OK, sure. But then a technician called my wife 2 days before the rescheduled appointment to say he was in the area and wanted to come by now. She stated that wasn't do-able since we weren't home and he said "okay, well we will probably cancel your Friday appointment then" and hung up. This was after he called her 3 times back to back without leaving a voicemail while she was at work. Then having me wait all day for someone to show up between 8am and 5pm is absurd. Also using AI tele-bots for your whole customer service line is insane since all it seems to be able to do is give me a website link or schedule/cancel an appointment. After this interaction I can see why your company is slowly dying. It's bleeding continuously due to poor decisions like these. Do better.

Technician very thoughtful in listening to problem encountered in whirlpool washer that is less than two years old. Did troubleshooting and ordered correct part that came in mail one day before day of appointment. Technician was helpful in making suggestions about a plumbing situation and made a positive experience out of a less than positive situation on this fairly new appliance purchase.
