Refrigerator ice maker fix
Michael was great. He worked with me, got in to fix the ice maker and did it in no time. Ice maker is fixed and his customer service was excellent.

William was professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. The issue was outside of his service work. However, he explained it to us very carefully, and he told us exactly how to fix it. There was no run around. Instead, there was a sense of a genuine shared goal of finding a solution to the appliance problem. William answered all our questions so that when he left we knew exactly what to do.
