The technician did a fantastic job was very professional. The scheduling on the other hand was not ! An appointment was scheduled four times and canceled and finally on the fifth try they showed up and repaired the washing machine. Unacceptable.

After several missteps over two months with several Sears AI bots , I was able to schedule a repair with Matt. He was helpful courteous and professional . I only hope there is a bail out to talk to a real person when there is a problem . I was unable to do that and it became more and more frustrating with promised repair visits by email with time and date but no record in the system . It was a cluster !!!!!!!
