Isaac is everything we could have ever hoped for as our service repair person. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous. Thank you all for taking good care if us. We are so appreciative of this entire experience. We were just dumb founded when our refrig made this pop sound and that was it. It was dead. But thanks to you folks for sending an email right after we purchased the refrig. offering this warranty. It was easy to sign up for and it was easy to get your service when we needed. Thank you all again. Thank you Isaac, you are the best.

We are very pleased with the work of the service person that repaired our dishwasher. Very professional and friendly. They explained what caused the issue, why it broke down and the way they repaired it. They left with a smile and our kitchen looked like they were never here. Pat is absolutely a top notch technician. Unfortunately he can't be everywhere he is needed at the same time. I think the Sears AI based scheduling is in need of some refinement. The required part arrived two days prior to our original Friday appointment, which was assigned to another technician, was cancelled apparently because other matters were running behind schedule. Our soonest opportunity to reschedule was the following Tuesday. Fortunately Pat was able to complete the repair in a matter of minutes.
