Harold called approx 30 mins prior to arrival. He trouble shot our (2021) Whirlpool frig ice maker which had stopped working w/o any sort of warning. He had a new ice maker on hand and promptly replaced it after explaining the cost and securing my approval. He then cleaned the frig coils (which had not been cleaned since we bought the unit and was VERY dirty!), cleaned up and after I paid for the service he promptly left. Polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Great service tech. Thank you Harold.

Miguel was very helpful and knowledgable and explained what he was doing the whole time. I appreciated that he showed me exactly where the gas shutoff for my oven was, and how I could turn it on and off if needed. He thoroughly explained the process for repairs, answered all my questions, and gave helpful advice. I really appreciated his help today!
