I am very happy with my protection plan........I am disturbed that I can not call anyone except a machine to answer my questions or call for service. Everything is done via computer and I really, really don't like doing business with a computer. I also wonder since it has taken about a week wait for repair what would happen if the repair was for a refrigerator or freezer full of food? Would it take a week? When you do not have a live person to talk to, of course it would.

My Whirlpool washing machine was banging around when I would try to do a load of towels. After Ray came and installed new tension springs the washing machine is in great shape again. Very professional and communicated well, definitely use him again!

After we got a claim started the technician came and checked things out. A part had to be ordered and he took care of that and when it was delivered he came and quickly put the new part on, recalibrated the washing machine. We give him 5 star rating!

Service was great, had it fixed in no time. Mark called to see if he could come earlier to fix repair and we said yes, since he was in our area for someone else at the time. So was 2 days earlier than we had scheduled after receiving part. That was very nice of him. Very polite and efficient service man. Thank you so much.

I appreciated Kris's prompt arrival and diagnosis of our problem. He was thorough and very professional. Although, he did not put on the shoe coverings that the service technician used in the video. The video is not accurate.
