Eugene is a Great example of why we've used Sears Home service for over 30 years I've used sears home service. The techs are great. They understand how to do business they are polite and they are experts. I'm using AIG warranty, which did have a contract with them and then stopped fortunate for me. I was still able to get a hold of them. They came in that a quote dealt with the issue at hand versus the other appliance company Aries, who took over two months and never fixed the problem now within an hour and a half the problem is not only remedied, but then politely and professionally I will get a warranty from Sears for now on.

Your technicians were great!! Polite and efficient. Too bad you phone system is as nice to use. I probably will never use you again. I've been a Sears buyer for over 50 years But you phone system is very aggravating!! The AI system is very unfriendly and very aggravating!

Well, it appears as though Mr. Nelson knows exactly what he's doing. I just have to wait and see between twenty four to forty eighty hours to see Ice. Only time will tell. KUDOS to Mr. Nelson.
