I called the Sears Home Services due to the fact that I had already previously cancelled the work order on 10/15/2025 with another company to repair my microwave since was able to repair it myself. However, the Sears Home Services were assigned the same work order. I did not request this to be reassigned. Therefore, I apologized to the Repair Technician who was assigned for 10/17/2025. In spite of, I contacted Sears Home Services and spoke to a Customer Service Representative named Frank. He was very personable and assisted me with getting this matter resolved in a timely manner by cancelling this service so that I would not be charged. Also, I followed up with my Home Warranty Company to ensure that I am not charged a fee as well so that this does not occur for future reference for any home repairs.
