Overall service was very good. The parts were ordered and delivered quickly. Repair was completed by John within a timely manner. I would rate a 4/5 due to the fact that the tech did not call the customer prior to arrival, which was at our old address. The previous tech stated that he updated our address in which we found that to not be the case. Additionally, the customer service representative who created my claim was also given our new home address and read it back over the phone and stated that it was updated in the system. Both techs drove upward 12+ miles out of their way. It seems as though communication was lacking in system updates and confirming address prior to starting transit time.

I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable person to look at my washing machine. Very thorough and checked to make sure I did not have any hidden issues. Very personable!!! You need to give him a raise!!
