Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem. He was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the repair cost was too much for us. Was very happy with the service call though.

I have usesd Sears home services a few times now and the service I have received from them has remained the same. They reach out to you and let you know when they will be there, so that you can plan your day. Jonathan showed up when expected, was very polite and professional and diagnosed the problem in no time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance problem fixed.
