Knowledgeable technicians
Sears could not do the work because the refrigerator/freezer compressor is under warranty but they accurately diagnosed and explained the problem.

Marcus is a very conscientious technician. He provided me with all possible problems facing my washer based on the information that I provided to him. After he opened up the washer and discovered the main issue, he gave me a price for its replacement. I informed him that I recently re-registered for a new maintenance contract; and, based on the contract, I should wait and call back for another appointment. Great experience but not happy with the price. All that was done was a screw was taken out that was loose. I gave him superglue screwed back in and was charged 300 and something dollars not happy with the price for that. He was excellent.
