I give the Tech 5 stars. Very experienced, professional. Putting a minimum word length on reviews is Irritating. Having AI enforce such restrictions will lead to people not submitting reviews. Wise Up!

It would be nice if arrival time of technician could be more precise and did not require an entire day of missing work. Map of his location was inaccurate indicating that he would be coming from Muskegon area. "Stephen" was not in Muskegon all day. Otherwise when he did arrive he was very pleasant and efficient.
