I'd like to tell you how satisfied I am with Adam and his coworker when they were able to fix my washing machine. Adam seem to know exactly what the problem was and went right to work on it. He checked my washing machine. After he replaced, the part went through all the cycles and it worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service that Sears home services provided me. Although it was along process my washing machine is operating like a new machine. I will not hesitate calling Sears Home Services when I need them.

Your tech was awesome. The AI bot was hot garbage. If I had a choice between Sears and a company that didn't have a bot id chose the company without a bot, it was horrible, frustrating, and didn't work. Tech was great. Bot was bad.
