Matt was very professional with his install and getting our refrigerator fixed. Matt ordered the parts last time he was here and the next technician that came out here did not install those parts that was needed that led into us having to do another service call which we had to pay again not happy with that part but overall my refrigerator is fixed. Thanks to Matt and his professionalism.

Richard got it fixed promptly. But, Sears A I overloaded us with texts. Washer was scheduled to be fixed October 28 but was canceled and rescheduled for November 4 but was canceled and rescheduled for November 11. Impossible to talk with a human only robots. We had to go to the laundromat 3 times. I am very dissatisfied with Sears. Richard did a great job.
