Wyman was courteous, on time, detail oriented and knowledgeable about replacing the gasket seal on my freezer door. Also Sears Home Services kept me constantly updated and well informed from the initial contact to the job completion !! Thank you!

Even though I had to wait almost 2 months for the washer to get back to normalcy, it was never the faults of the techs, especially James. Obtaining the parts timewise was the hangup. James worked his best with what came first but then got the washer working completely normal when the correct part and information arrived. He is a great employee, and the company should reward him for his tireless efforts.
