The technician, Wayne, called and said he would be at our home in 30 minutes. He arrived and was informed of the problem with the fridge. He troubleshot and diagnosed the problem with the drain as ice was building up under the evaporator coil. Repairs were made in a timely manner, and a thorough explanation was provided. Wayne seemed to be very knowledgeable about appliances.
