Did a thorough inspection of the washer - found what had happened and fixed it. Wish the first repairman we had in December had done that good of a job as we probably would not have had this issue.

Ethan quickly determined source of the issue. He also took apart the dryer and cleaned the heating element for me as it was a little bit dirty.
