Marty was really fantastic--efficient, polite, and professional. He confirmed our diagnosis in just a few minutes and made the repair in just a few more. He forewarned us about an oily smell that would accompany the first couple uses of the repaired dryer as well, as the heating coil burns off the preservative that keeps it from rusting. An excellent experience from start to finish and beyond.

Our refrigerator stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Thankfully we had a place to move our food to keep it from spoiling. Trevor was great. Your system is not. I had so much trouble with the computer saying the part needed was not delivered. The part was delivered over one month ago. It was very frustrating to even find a number with human to talk with, the AI was worthless!
