Listen, friendly, respectful and fix the problem I was having with my refrigerator. He apologized for it taking so long to get back to fix it because I went without my ice making during the Thanksgiving holiday due to him having to call and cancel on my original appointment date.

Alonso had previously diagnosed the issues with my washer and ordered 3 parts. Today he came in and replace the 3 parts did another diagnostic yesterday and all passed. Very professional and knowledgeable in mt Whirlpool washer machine.
